What about the initial set up and data conversion?

We will migrate your existing data into NEON during the setup process. In general, the setup fee falls into the range of $199 - $3,000 depending on the type and size of your existing database. Our data conversion supports most of the database formats used by the popular non-profit software, including Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle, Access, Raiser's Edge, Black Baud, Excel, CSV, etc.

Do you host web sites? Can I also transfer my domain to your servers along with the subscription of NEON? What's the hosting cost?

Yes, we do web hosting. Even though NEON constituent module is seamlessly integrated with your existing web site and it is unnecessary to transfer your domain, we do offer web hosting services if you would like to consolidate your web service providers. Our web server is running on Linux. We support Java, Cold Fusion, etc. Unfortunately, you'll have to share your web portal with others, as we don't offer a dedicated server for the time being. Depending on the complexity of your web site, the hosting costs start from $19.95 per month.

Do I need a merchant account for online donations? What payment processing systems does NEON support?

Yes, you need to set up a merchant account for online credit card processing. NEON supports a number of payment processing systems including IATS, Paypal, Authorize.net, Bluepay, etc.
