We include all of our standard services in all of our packages, unlike many of our competitors who charge separately for the basic modules. With the subscription of NEON, every month you can send out from 1,000 to 2,000 emails for free, depending on your package. Additional emails will be priced at $0.02/email. For example, if you send out 1,000 emails above and beyond your included ones in a month, the email service fee would be $20. For organizations that need to send out a lot of emails to their constituents, we do offer email volume discount programs that can greatly reduce this cost. Please contact our sales representatives for details.
You can feel free to add or remove the following on-demand services at any time you would like with NEON. The requested service change will be reflected on your next month invoice.
We offer the following data cleaning services to help our customers best maintain their data and reduce mailing cost. The service fee is $150 per 1,000 records (minimum $350).
Validate and Correct Postal Mailing Addresses against National Change Of Addresses registry (NCOA)
Remove or Merge duplicated records
Identify and recover missing data, remove unwanted punctuation and errors
Convert the case to ensure data is professionally presented
Our professional level Website Content Management System helps to create and manage complex websites easily without knowledge of html. An integrated WYSIWYG editor with a user interface similar to well known office applications helps the user creating the contents, while a sophisticated template engine enforces a site-wide corporate layout. If your organization already has a website, we will work with you to import all of your pages and set up your organization's web templates. The setup fee of importing 30 pages or less is $899. Additional pages will be priced at $24.95 per page. The subscription of CMS service automatically includes the Web Hosting package.
